I absolutely love Tree Park apartments maintenance department. I’ve only been in about a month and due to some issues with my AC needed to put in request. Sandy has been out, done a fantastic job finding the issue and responded immediately to get it completely corrected. She’s knowledgeable About the equipment and is so pleasant to work with. Her work ethic is great. I also see other residents enjoying talking with her. Job well done!
Took a tour and was split on two places, but their employee Dre was super helpful and nice. He explained everything well, and was super convincing in helping us choose our next place to live. Highly recommend!
I toured Tree Park in Flowery Branch this past Saturday and had an amazing experience thanks to Dre. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Dre took the time to answer all my questions, made the entire process smooth and welcoming, and really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. If you’re planning to visit Tree Park, I highly recommend asking for Dre — you won’t be disappointed!
Dre was so informative and helpful. His personality just lights up the place . I am excited to call this place home !!!
Went to go look at a 3 bedroom apartment and let me tell y’all dre was amazing! So outgoing and kind really impacted mine and my sisters decision about moving in!
