Appallingly ineffective at dealing with noisy and aggressive neighbors. Recent drug related killing. Awful maintenance and management take forever or ignore requests.

My family members are older and have lived here for 8 years. They are so happy with this home and community. The office staff is very professional and helpful. The maintenance crew are super nice and work hard. Highly recommend this community. In fact if we sell our house, we will pick Tree Park for our next home.
Be warned they add like 200+ dollars of fees to your rent. They force you to pay for internet that’s barely 60 mbps and you’ll have a high water bill regardless of how little you use. They don’t do much maintenance before you move in and you get the landlords special just paint every on everything
