I had heard that this company was unprofessional (Ex: Doulas not showing up to births.) but I really wanted a birth class to take with my husband, and I was too close to my due date/out of resources to find another. On the day of our class no one showed up and no one answered the phone. I checked and rechecked our confirmation email/the website and eventually we just went home. My husband and I went to some of the classes provided by Tree of Life and they were so helpful and full of great resources!
Hands down, the best decision I ever made during the entire pregnancy was hiring Kelli as our birth doula. I wanted a hands off hospital birth and I was able to have my dream birth because of her knowledge and guidance. Her calm presence made contractions so manageable and we felt so loved and cared for.
