Staff is not friendly or helpful at all. Explained everything on my end. Never was told about any policies as far as schedules. I missed one appointment due to hospitalization. Waited months. Got another appointment. Still no mention of any type of policy. It WAS my fault this time. I mixed the weeks up, when I realized this I tried to make it anyway (it's the only place that offers what I need anywhere near me but still over an hour away) I drove the whole way there and could not find them.
