As a co-parent trying to respectfully support the therapy process, I was very disappointed by how Tree of Life handled the situation. They changed their policy on the spot and asked me to leave — not because of anything I did wrong, but simply because the child’s mother didn’t want me there. It felt unprofessional and unfair. I enrolled my 13 year old sister in their 2-week "Responding to Stress" Workshop and just wanted to say that she absolutely loved it and learned a lot about types of stress, how it affects her, and how to cope with it in her personal life. Each time I picked her up, she was so excited to tell me about what she learned, how she got to socialize with other teens, and that she got to make a glitter bottle and a stress coping box (filled with snacks, playdough, fidget toys etc.). If you have children and they get sick- if you don’t cancel before 24 hours- they will charge you full price of $150- that’s not right. Obviously they don’t have kids or have ever gotten sick. Go elsewhere!!! I’m so appalled! And I drove because of good reviews! Not worth it!!
