The guys did a great job, quick and cleaned up well afterwards. The only issue we had, is there was a lack of communication. We were told they would contact us at least a day before the service, and we got a text about 5-10 mins before they showed up. Other than that it was great.
This is the second time I have had them out. The plan established in 2024 to stabilize my crab apple tree after a badly done trim. The work done yielded the desired result. This year(2025), the second phase of thinning and shaping occurred . The arborist went up and into the centre of the tree to work; then discussed with me the next step - 2 years from now. Nothing but great things to say about this company. They removed several trees from my property and also trimmed a tree that was on my property line and my neighbors. The absolute professionalism was incredible. I really appreciated all the workers who came to my property. The price point isn't terrible either. Very pleased with the work.
