After my initial review, I wanted to provide an update. The company reached out and resolved the issue professionally. They acknowledged the misunderstanding about the original estimate and corrected the situation. I appreciate that they took responsibility and made things right. Good customer service and communication in the end. Thank you for handling the situation properly.
The guys from Trees MD did an outstanding job. We got a quote for both the front yard and back yard, but we elected to go with just the backyard first, since we had just got the front yard re-sodded. We will definitely call them back to do the front yard latter in the year. The guys were very meticulous in cleaning up after all the work they did.
The photos re before and after. They did a very nice job. It seemed the trees were in ruff shape. I believe and hope this service will save them.
