Unprofessional & The boss Jerome Smith is very rude to his customers & employees
The proprietor of the company, Jerome, exhibits unprofessional behavior by failing to treat his employees with respect and hiring them under false pretenses. Despite agreeing to a set hourly wage, he has been known to alter it in the event of any inconvenience. In my personal experience, I worked for him for three days from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, during which he underpaid me by claiming that he would not compensate me for the hours it rained.
