I should have looked at their reviews before ordering. They won't respond to emails and their voice-mail is always full. I've opened up a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. They look legit, but there lack of response and action say otherwise. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
Made online purchase of two items (Family Shield & Surname History Combo in Cherry Wood Finish Frame and Mens embroidered Golf Shirt with Family Coat of Arms) on 2/09/24. It is now 5/06/24 and I have received nothing. I have called dozens of times on their open days of Monday and Friday and no one answers. Voicemail says full. This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the unfortunate chance to do business with ever!!! I want to warn everyone DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I order a framed family crest for my nephew in Oct of 2023 for his wedding gift. I never recieved anything but they took my money! I have tried several time nio anwser I have sent several emails. Never got anything. Tried repeatedly to reach them. Nothing.
New review after response from owner: It was 2 months after my purchase and I was still trying to contact someone to find out where my order was, the item did not ship 1 month after order like owner says, and I did not get it framed because they do not offer that anymore. Old review: Co. answered the phone to take my order and my money but now they will not answer the phone, respond to messages, or emails in regards to where my product is. Product was received but takes a very very very long time.
