I have to say the first job they did for us was good. Possibly because it cost us $2,000. A little while afterwards, we requested a smaller job for a quote. Extremely disappointing that these people think it is professional to ghost their customers. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend calling them or emailing them as you are wasting your time. Even after phoning again and emailing again, no response. I do not recommend this company. :)
Excellent service from quoting to starting the removal of 2 very large Bismarck trees close to our home and rendered fence inside rendered garden beds. All the guys were super nice, they even disposed of some cuttings I had done in the back garden at no extra cost. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job at a reasonable cost. Super cheap tree lopping equals SUPER don’t bother engaging with this business..!! Had super cheap tree lopping confirmed for a quote onsite.. i waited a full 3 hours beyond the designated time.. made multiple phone calls and texts… Could not get through and have received no response since.. absolutely pathetic.. you desarve ZERO stars….
I had some extra trees nearby my yard to remove. I searched and found tree lopping brisbane north to clear them. I can say they had done a great job with removing trees.
