Have been using this company for far insurance and have no issues. With insurance at an all time high, I’ve received really good rates on two vehicles, I highly recommend!
Initially I spoke with a girl named Nancy. She sent me emails, texts by phone and we spoke on the phone numerous times. She finally signed us up with Bristol and send me emails with information on the insurance company. In November 2019 our insurance coverage ended with Bristol claiming “there was no payment made”. Clearly there was If our account was charged $210! I tried contacting Nancy and she initially replied to my texts and said she would call me the next day, which she did.
