Overall it’s been an okay experience. Dr. Cyrkin is kind, though visits can feel a little rushed. The front desk is hit or miss depending on the day. The same person might be lovely one visit and short with you the next. They’re clearly very busy, which I understand, but a bit more patience, consistency, and kindness would go a long way.
We recently switched dental practices for our children and couldn’t be happier with Dr. Evan! I brought my young daughter in earlier this week for two fillings - Lis, the hygienist, was patient and kind, explaining everything that was to come. Between that and Dr. Evan being a total pro, it made for a smooth appointment and my daughter walked out with a smile on her face.
Great receptionists (rare these days) great hygienists and great dentists! I usually get a different hygienist (and one of two dentists I believe?) each time and no matter who it is the service is spectacular and the dentist is always so kind to explain things, excellent bedside manner. Went to a different dentist on UWS before this one who quoted me an egregious cost for a crown and Tree House was a fraction of that price and worth every penny to do it here.
We have been going to the same dentist since my son was 2.5 (now almost 12). He recently retired but his office referred us to Dr Cyrkin and Treehouse and I am SO happy he did. From the initial intake call to the welcome at the front desk and the experience with the hygienist, everything was top notch! Dr. Evan and his team are beyond amazing. We could not ask for a better pediatric dentist practice to go to. Everyone is so kind and organized from the moment you make the appointment to when you’re all finished up and saying your goodbyes. Dr. Evan is very knowledgeable, understanding and knows exactly how to make appointments fun and enjoyable for young kids - which is not an easy feat! I highly recommend him and the rest of the team at Treehouse!
