I love my reflexology sessions! It is now a part of my monthly wellness routine. Evie provides an initial aromatherapy foot soak and then she creates a relaxing experience using a state of the art chair, tranquil music played through quality headphones, and weighted eye pods while she applies the much needed acupressure to my feet. Her ear acupressure massage is also tranquil and amazing! Since going to her my neck and shoulder pain have decreased significantly.
I have had the absolute pleasure of having Evie as my reflexologist for over a year now. She is the best. It is an experience, EVERYTIME! From her zero gravity heated, vibrating chair to her Bose headphones. You get the FULL relaxation experience each time. I love the fact that once your done she gives an overview of what she found during our session. I had such an amazing, healing time for my reflexology and ear seed appointment at TER&Y! First of all, Evie is a kind and patient educator-professional. I learned more about my feet in one morning than all my years of having them! Second, after the hour + massage (yes!!) she identified other specific issues in my body that I knew about based on the sensitivity of my feet in certain areas.
