Great Doctor's and Services
Horrible customer service when calling into the office. My provider is ordering a test and it needs to be run through my insurance so it can be covered. I called into the office to update my insurance because my employer changed our insurance provider. The lady who answered cut me off when I was trying to explain the situation. I give this 3 stars, because I LOVE Natasha. She is a phenomenal healthcare provider. Definitely one of the few doctors you get to see that truly care ABOUT you as a person and not just the health issues that you have. Super sweet, easy to talk to, and would recommend her to anyone - I trust her with my life, and even my family’s lives if it were ever applicable.
