We hired Tree City Arborist to trim 7 mature trees on our property, and it was a positive experience overall. Adam was very responsive and communicative from the start. He was prompt in looking at the job and preparing a bid, which was lower than I'd expected. His crew arrived on time and got right to work, despite the rain. They did an excellent job cleaning up, and I appreciated the online payment system (which also delivered the bid and sent reminders by text). The operation is dialed in. Tree City Arborists trimmed a large sensation maple for me. The tree had long been neglected and had branches laying on the roof. They did a great job at a reasonable price and the tree looks great.
