Tree Care of New York did some work at my neighbor’s place today, and it ended up affecting my yard. Their crew trimmed a substantial part of a fallen tree that reached over the property line and left the debris behind, without checking in or cleaning up. When I asked what was going on, they said they were clearing a tree for the neighbor’s service box. Even though they knew their work crossed onto my side, they left the mess.
