BEWARE!!! Gave quote to REMOVE two trees plant two removed two planted one gave quote to Remove two Plums /trim trees over drive gave discount to prepay we stupidly did pay $30 came back CUT down the two plums left saying roots to tough , would not return our calls after texting he returned those saying he would charge another $70 to REMOVE the roots. Do NOT TRUST this co or the owner. Rip off artist...
Worst tree service ever. Makes promises and they don't deliver. Does not keep scheduled appoints. Rarely return calls, if you are lucky and they do call you back you will receive empty promises. Not a honerable company. Save yourself the stress of using this tree service.
Was given a bid for a First Class trim of my tree, from top to bottom their moto "quality servise for a quality price" and written on their paperwork 100% customer satisfaction? I scheduled the job and they showed up a day late without even a phone call,they did trim the lower 15 feet of my tree however did not touch the upper 20 feet of a 35 foot tree. Customer service is terrible. No one answers the phone or returns messages left on the machine. They offer a nice discount for pre-pay. It should go without saying, but DO NOT do this. If the scope of service changes at all, they do not provide refunds.
