I have been using Tree Barber for years for tree trimming and tree removal at my home and a rental property. Paul, Luke and their entire crew are so helpful and professional. They are quick to respond to texts and calls and have great follow up. They are arborists and are so knowledgeable about trees and their care. They do a great job and leave the yard looking great. Paul ( the Tree Barber) did an excellent job trimming and pruning our avocado trees and a bougainvillea in our yard. He left everything very neat and tidy. He gives excellent advice as well on how to care for trees. Happy we found him and will be using him in the future for all our trees. I’ve been using Tree Barber for years now, and Paul, Luke, and their crew are the best! They go out of their way to provide top-notch service, e.g. when I had a Monterey Pine pruned, I was told to let my neighbor know ahead of time. But on the day that the work was done, Luke went over to the neighbor’s property before he did anything else and covered their patio and plants. The only arborist who came out and gave excellent service and information.
Good experience. Not cheap, but it was a difficult job. Dealing with Paul Rider was enjoyable, the team showed up on time (Paul arrived earlier to make sure things were set up for the work to begin), they got to work and did an incredible amount of work and finished far sooner than seemed possible. Most of my big tree work is now taken care of, but if it were otherwise, I would certainly use this outfit again.
