Stopped in to get my Spa water tested. Only one employee in there and I waited 15 minutes and then finally decided to leave.
I drained my hot tub last week and took my 2 empty bottles of Natures Pure chlorinated sanitizer and oxidizing shock into the Tredway Pools Plus. The salesman sold me bromine products (non chlorinated) and they had a chemical reaction in my hot tub! I have a hard crust all around the top of my hot tub. Instead of attempting to make it right, the assistant manager tried to sell a chemical to clean my hot tub, before I drain it again and more products! I will never return to this store again.
