If you aren't opening your store until 10 AM you should probably make that apparent on your website so people don't show up an hour early to sit and wait in a parking lot. Big oversight. Add that to the fact even the employee seems surprised it's taking so long for the lady with keys to show up and it seems like they are vastly unprepared. I would have left one star but I don't know about customer service because I still have to wait half an hour to find out about that.
I called the lima road north store on 5/23/2023 at 6:28pm about one of your employees in a company truck driving north bound on lima road last night headed towards Huntertown (pretty sure he lives in Huntertown) driving extremely reckless swerving in and out of traffic at extreme high rate of speed exceeding 60mph . Sent my wife to tredway to pick up chemicals for our spa. The gentleman inside said they didn’t know anything about spas or pools and simply pointed to a shelf of chemicals for her to try and figure out in her own. There is only one small shelf for pool and spa items unlike the pictures online. *** update to your response.
