Kim was very profressional, responsive to questions and explained what and why he worked on. Upfront with pricing and came in right on budget. His work is clean and looks great. I will absolutely use him in the future and will recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.
Called Treder for help on a small plumbing job in my home. Had a water pipe that was dripping slowly. He answered and said he would do the job. Had me send him my address and a photo of the pipe. Said he couldn't get to it right away, but could handle it in a week or so. I never heard from him again. I reached back out with texts and phone calls and he never answered or responded again. Completely unprofessional and just plain rude, frankly. Would not recommend.
