Very bad 8 hours wait
No use of appointment First come first serve Took me 7 hour to load Only one dock open
Worst place to pickup, they use only one dock and takes more then 2hrs to load single truck. Checked in at 11am for 2pm appointment still waiting for door and its 7:30pm. Poor management and no use of an appointment, they load u whoever comes on door
