I cannot say enough about what you will experience with Steph and Trebled Souls. Her breadth and depth of knowledge about how the body operates both physically and energetically is a gift to all who have the opportunity to experience her healing. She uses a variety of modalities- sound, hands on, energy work and Pound- to create a nervous system healing experience for all bodies and all ages. She is so talented and intuitive. Steph is the best! Her sound baths are so relaxing and peaceful. She really understands how sound can impact healing and regulation of the body.
