I’ve had the pleasure of attending both of Steph's Pound & Sound class and a full sound bath I can honestly say the experiences are both energizing and deeply restorative. I cannot say enough about what you will experience with Steph and Trebled Souls. Her breadth and depth of knowledge about how the body operates both physically and energetically is a gift to all who have the opportunity to experience her healing.
