Our dog is strikingly beautiful post- grooming. The staff was welcoming and enthusiastic and the groomer did an outstanding job. I will return!
Love this place, Hannah & Gayle were so amazing! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted like an old friend! They were very friendly and made you feel welcomed. Asked if I needed help or had any questions. Also asked about my pup that I was shopping for, and wanted to see pictures of Prince. You could definitely tell they love their jobs and their customers. Thank you ladies for a great experience and for making my day! If you are looking for a wonderful place to shop for your pups or kitties, I highly recommend coming here!
The service is great and my dog absolutely loves the treats he goes crazy when we run out highly recommend checking them out!!!
Have been taking our dog to this Merriam location since they opened... I've never met a nicer staff... very kind to our dog and the store is spotless! Went in tonight with Jax, he loves the place... the young lady that helped us was the greatest... very kind, considerate, and even offered Jax a treat... thank you Dana for being so nice.
