I met with the intake person to do an assessment, gave urine (I thought to see if I qualified) and sat with the group leader for about 20 minutes and the next day texted the group leader and spoke with intake that I would not be participating in their program. I received a bill for $600. Absolutely ridiculous. ONE reason I chose not to participate is that while I was meeting with the intake person, the marketing person divulged personal (and inaccurate) information to someone that I had not given a release of information.
