Absolutely no compassion or respect for patients rights. They literally just neglected treatment to a patient who has maintained sobriety. Absolutely zero compassion to hear what the patient has to say, and the doctor refuses to speak to said patient. Do better, maintaining sobriety is what this place is suppose to support!!!
I reached out to treatment associates for help with alcohol dependency. I was set up for an appointment with Amber. The appointment date and time came and went no contact from her or the agency for weeks. When I called to reschedule, I was told that she claimed she had contacted me no less than four or five times which was just not true. An absolute joke.

they are warm caring and compassionate people. they are always there for you no matter what. they are selfless. I am honored to be working with such a professional group of people.
