Amber is probably the most talented massage therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. Her studio is beautiful and relaxing and conveniently located. Especially for those of us who live outside of Sanford. Her prices are extremely reasonable and she is very professional.
I went here today for my birthday and truly have not felt so relaxed in such a long time. I had Amber as my massage therapist and she was such a ray of light, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s very intuitive and knows what she’s doing and I 100% will be back. If you’re looking for a sign to give your body some self care and love this is it.

Hidden gem! Around here, finding capable and affordable massage therapists offering couples’ massages can be a challenge. Treat Yourself is a great option! The studio is in the same parking lot as One Earth Natural Foods store in Shapleigh, Maine, ten-fifteen minutes from downtown Sanford/Springvale. I have enjoyed one hour massages from both Amber and Bobby and I thought that they were very approachable, knowledgeable therapists. Alaine (sp) was fantastic! She took the time and attention needed to address and educate me about some challenges with my back. Amazing pressure and checked in frequently as she was working to ensure I was okay and satisfied. Highly recommend!
