Very nice massage with Amber today, highly recommend!
Amber is probably the most talented massage therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. Her studio is beautiful and relaxing and conveniently located. Especially for those of us who live outside of Sanford. Her prices are extremely reasonable and she is very professional.
I went here today for my birthday and truly have not felt so relaxed in such a long time. I had Amber as my massage therapist and she was such a ray of light, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s very intuitive and knows what she’s doing and I 100% will be back. If you’re looking for a sign to give your body some self care and love this is it.

Hidden gem! Around here, finding capable and affordable massage therapists offering couples’ massages can be a challenge. Treat Yourself is a great option! The studio is in the same parking lot as One Earth Natural Foods store in Shapleigh, Maine, ten-fifteen minutes from downtown Sanford/Springvale. I have enjoyed one hour massages from both Amber and Bobby and I thought that they were very approachable, knowledgeable therapists.
