BEST ANTIQUE SHOP I HAVE SEEN ANYWHERE!! – WOW!! I am not sure what else to say. Treasures Past Antiques & Collectibles has stolen my antique shoppers heart. This place is so clean and well organized that shopping there is one of most pleasurable experience imaginable. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable and eager to serve you. Customer Service Needs Work – I bought a hall tree from them over 2 months ago that was missing a hook for. The hook was supposedly "at their welders" and was promised to me by the end of the week. After many phone calls, in which they have shoved me off of the phone, the finally admitted to losing the hook. Finally, after demanding a refund, the "found" the hook. 2 months later. Some cool and unique pieces there, but not good on customer service.

All I can say is that I have never experienced any poor service from this company. In fact they have always gone over and above my expectations. I feel that your experience is an isolated one and, I also think that the recent tragedy the owner has suffered might have played a part in the delay of your piece being returned to you in a timely manor. Treasures Past has got it right!!!! – Please do yourself a favor and visit this store. My wife and I are totally addicted to this place. They have the most complete English Antique furniture and collectible inventory we have seen anywhere. The prices are so reasonable it makes one wonder how they do it with such great quality and quantity day after day and make any profit.
