Very helpful staff.
Drove from our of town to visit this location only to find a sign on the door saying they are closed for weekends. This should be updated online.
Love this Jewelers! Friendly knowledgeable staff, great customer service.
Granted I only took a QUICK look around. But even for high end jewelry this place seemed expensive. I can not comment on their quality. I am sticking with Red Deer Goldsmith, they are worth the drive.
If I could give 0 stars I would...worst retail store I have ever been in. The employees are uneducated and act extremely inconvenienced when you walk through the doors. April the store manager literally turned the lights off as a couple were browsing wedding bands. I have received several different pieces ( including engagement ring, black diamond ring, anklet, necklace) within 3 months all my pieces have fallen apart and they do not stand by their product...they do not offer insurance so I strongly recommend NOT buying your... read more
