We have nine dogs and two cats, and every visit we have ever had has been wonderful!
$60 down the drain!! I brought my dog in for what I thought might be allergies, but doesn’t actually look like allergies. When I got the phone call from the vet about what she believed or thought the results were, not only does she sound unsure and uncertain. But she threw out what she wasn’t even sure were solutions. it sounds like she went based off what I said with no real thorough examination. all I asked was that she called me if he needed any further testing. My puppy loves the staff and vet.
Treasured Pets is not our usual veterinary location, as we usually go to Vetco in Terrell but the surgery our 12yr old dog needed was expensive and plus when she needed an emergency hysterectomy, everyone wanted to charge so much but Treasured Pets were within our price range. Not only did they do a hysterectomy on our girl a couple of days before Thanksgiving, but she also had a tumor on her gum that needed to be removed. I strongly suggest disregarding any negative review about this veterinary clinic. Dr. Baylock isn’t in this profession for money, but for her passion to help animals. Her and every single staff member at the facility are phenomenal. They’re good intelligent people that truly want to help and make a difference. I went through a dire situation with my pug, Rudy, and their expertise and compassion shined through. I can’t say enough good about this clinic. Thank you Treasured Pets Hospital.
