Just before Covid-19, I was able to get in to Treasured Hands for a pedicure. The experience was awesome. I've had pedicures at other salons, but the staff here was so friendly and professional. The pedicure was the best I've had in a long time.
Just an awful experience from the moment I walked through the door!! I had made appmt online, when I arrived 5mins before my appmt time I was told my the owner Vana very rudely and impatiently that I didn't have an appmt! I showed her the text I had been sent asking me to confirm my appmt, no apologies from her she just waved me a seat and told me to sit down! Made me feel VERY awkward!! Run, don't walk, to the second floor of this hidden gem within Boston. I've had manicures and pedicures around the world and my mani/pedi here was by far one of the best. When you first enter, you may not be wowed by the "no-frills" atmosphere. However, you will be put at ease and made comfortable by the friendly, funny, wonderful ladies working here.
