Unfortunately we had a horrible and unprofessional experience dealing with this company. What they were able to complete we were very happy with. We made some minor collaboration changes as we hired Rick and Lisa based on their claims of being able to custom design the windows in our newly built farmhouse. We continued to be pushed out, and were met with a ton of excuses. There communication was unacceptable and unprofessional at best.
