I had my referral for hypnotherapy sent to this office and was able to make an appointment for a video chat to see if they would be a good fit. The day of my appointment I was having to call around to figure out the steps to have my senior dog be put to sleep & cremation services and it was an extremely emotional day for me And I happened to miss my video chat appointment which I then Receiving a text message that they had sent my referral back to my primary care provider. Awful customer service. Would not call me back, I had to keep calling them. Lily was adamant that they did not offer services listed *multiple times* on their website. They contacted me to confirm they did not offer services listed on their website. A couple weeks later the services are still listed on their website. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’d rate negative stars if I could. I went in for adhd testing and had a terrible experience. Psychologist Atkinson is far from a professional. He didn’t listen to what I said nor did he ask any type of clarifying questions at all. Took EVERYTHING at face value. When i had questions regarding questions on the questionnaires, he wouldn’t even answer them to any degree of helpfulness. He took what he wanted and made it fit into his mold. Total joke.
