I received all of my prenatal care with Treasure Valley Midwives and they are wonderful. I felt so cared for. Unfortunately baby came early and so it was a hospital birth for us but even so, I felt that the care we received in hospital was different because of the doctors that they work with at St. Luke's. They've trained them all so well. So thrilled that we went this route. We had an amazing home birth- with the confidence and support of the skilled and caring team at TVM. This event (birthing) is such an incredible moment that the parents will always remember- and we didn't want that to involve the intrusive medical model approach. Thank you for everything! Finnian, aka Shark Finnian, is nursing strong and sleeping long! He's a teeny tiny little potato (Lil Spud!), so he has some catching up to do to be like his 2 big sisters and big brother. All of Finn's siblings have been taking turns holding him, dressing him, caring for him, and watching over him like Guardian Angels. This has been an amazing experience from start to finish with TVM!
