Went to the Eagle lab to have a blood drawn. The employees were extremely slow. I waited 15 Mins before called to enter my info into the computer. The location was not busy and it still took 15 Mins to be called. It appeared that only one of the 3 employees was working.
Waited over an hour without so much as a word from staff as to why. Rachel at the front desk extremely unhelpful.
No one said anything to me about signing in or even hello. She was very uncaring and almost proud that there was only one other person and that's the whole staff. I will request that my doctor send me any other place than this depressing unfriendly place!!
Eagle location- The room in which they draw must have been a closet at one point. Be aware you will be in a very small room with only a curtain drawn between you and another patient the technician loudly from across will ask you to spell your full name, DOB and address such a privacy issue. Also, they do not open up a sterile package to use! Instead, she came with an empty small basket, placed the alcohol wipe and gauze directly on the counter! I won’t return!
The down town Boise location - Very talented at getting blood. My naturopathic doctor does a full lab every few years and that is about 10 viles. they are very gentle and know what they are doing.
