If I could give 0 stars I would. If anyone needs a colonoscopy, I would stay clear of this place. The staff is very unprofessional and rude, in particular, Lisa. Patient care is not a concern or urgency at all to this facility. After waiting nearly 4 months to get on Dr. Croitoru's schedule due to her vacations, I was told I should go somewhere else because of the urgency of my appointment. I am now left to start all over with a new referral from my doctor. I will be filing a complaint with State Board and Insurances as well... read more
Dr. Croitoru seems to be knowledgeable in her field, but she will absolutely charge you for everything and anything. Phone call? Results of a colonoscopy? Have fun paying a couple hundred extra even after insurance. Also acts poorly towards staff. If you can avoid her, do so.
