Treasure valley auto care is a hidden gem. They truly care about their customers and will do right by you. I came in with a list of problems from a certain dealership that is less than reliable, and Stephanie walked me through how they operate, what they do and what their recommendation is. The dealership said everything under the moon was wrong, which was just them trying squeeze me dry, and this shop walked me through their recommendations and why. Company engages in illegal practices. They are knowingly violating the TCPA. When notified they were smart enough to argue about. They have been reported to the FCC. With how stubborn they were on this I can only imagine how they will treat you when they do something wrong on your car. There’s more reputable and better businesses in the treasure valley, I’d suggest steering clear.
This is a great shop and I went here based on the online reviews and the support of Veteran's. They correctly diagnosed a wheel bearing problem instead of a differential problem that was told to me by another shop. It is a small family owned shop and I learned that they do a lot for the community during holidays.
Recommend to anyone and everyone The only people I trust with my truck.
