Truly awful. I was drugged and put through mental and emotional abuse in trying to get help. My first two therapists were fired and the third one Kelly never helped me with my dire situation. She was beyond lazy. The supervisor Rose just makes excuses for her staff while doing nothing to help us that are suffering in poverty. This places says it helps people with economic stability whis is a bold faced lie. I have gone here over 4 years and I don't even have a place to bathe or cook where I live. Great place to shop! Donations benefit Metropolitan Family Services DuPage. They will pick up your donated treasures if you call them. Money helps children and families in dupage county! Hours are different than listed 10-4 Monday -Saturday and 10-8 Thursday! Nice people here!
This store is part of Family Shelter Service, and helps provide services to victims of Domestic Violence. They take donations, the store is clean and organized, and supports a good cause. I want to know where my donations are going (not just a box in a parking lot). I love this store!
