The absolute worst experience. 15k project that was suppose to be complete in 8weeks took over 4 months. I had to call every single day. After installation started that was suppose to be 3 days took 3 weeks. my house was a complete mess. Doors are a very cheap quality. I have to have them refinished. Bob is about the biggest and worst liar that you can encounter. Do not become a victim of this terrible ran and managed so called company.
Doors were delivered with some damage over a year ago and Bob came out to the house to look at how he needed to refinish them. He gave me his card and said to make an appointment and he would come finish the job. I have never been able to get ahold of him over the phone or by email. Very poor customer service.
Bob Villages has spoken to at least 15 times and he apologized several times and committed to deliver the door very soon. He scheduled the date twice with me where I took time off from work and they didn’t show up. Now both are not responding to emails, phone calls and Bob’s VM is full at his cell and office.
Do not order from them! I am out $3500.00 myself.
