To start with, I was nervous about getting the conch piercing because who the hell isn't scared to get a needle punctured through the shell of their ear?! John was FANTASTIC! I felt completely calm, it was easy to relax, and his way of talking with such a pleasant attitude made the experience fan-freaking-tastic. Kudos to the professionalism.
John is an amazing piercer and very knowledgeable. Absolutely worth visiting if you're looking for quality(:
