10/10 would recommend this place. when i called the other day to book an appointment for a septum piercing i was informed on the phone that the septum is anatomy based so they’ll check me before piercing. i went in and the piercer that was there that particular day was 100% honest and told me my nose is pretty small and that she wasn’t 100% comfortable but that there’s other piercers that would be more comfortable. as a service provider myself i can appreciate that so much. i went in today got my noses checked again and was ... read more

I’m quite disappointed with how this situation was handled. When I initially came in, my anatomy was checked and I was told that my anatomy was suitable for the piercing. I then scheduled my appointment with the piercer who had personally assessed me. Three weeks later, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that my appointment had essentially been lost from the schedule and that I would need to have my anatomy checked again by someone else. I LOVE this place and the people! I got my nostril pierced by Savannah & she's very personable and knowledgeable in what she does. She explained after care very thoroughly. I also absolutely LOVE the jewelry that they carry, not going to lie the jewelry is expensive but it's definitely an investment & very high quality which is amazing! The building is also very clean and organized, can't get any better than that!
