I went somewhere else first but should have started here. Eliah was VERY gentle with my infected ear and replaced the cheap externally threaded jewelry with a threadless tension post. Took my daughter to get her navel pierced on Saturday and had a wonderful experience!! The place was super clean and everyone was very nice from the girl at the front desk to the piercer. Eliah made her feel comfortable and calm and explained everything before doing it. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend
