one of my favorite things about Lauren’s classes is she always gives modified options if you are learning or perfecting a skill. She also gives me a little extra incentive to give it my all each workout. She walks the walk and inspires me to push myself. Progress not perfection.
Today’s class (Metcon)) with Lauren was excellent. Lauren is very motivating and always encouraging. She made the class a lot of fun and I felt like I worked very hard while having a lot of fun.
Excellent class. I needed this workout to get back on pace. Worked core strength and lower extremity. I’m feeling my a muscles now. And I feel great.
A great community that is open, friendly, and encouraging. The coaches really take their time to make sure you know what to do and the other participants are enthusiastic to have new comers in thier classes.
I thoroughly enjoy training with Victor. He’s attentive, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure my form is correct, which has made a huge difference in my progress. He knows how to push me just enough to get the most out of each workout while still keeping things safe and effective. His encouragement and dedication make every session both challenging and rewarding
