If I could rate them zero stars I would. The absolute WORST place to try and get anyone on the phone for ANYTHING. Unless you are happy sitting on hold for 1-2 hours or having your phone calls ignored for days, look elsewhere. These people are the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with.
Do NOT see this foolish place for any mental health needs. They do NOT care about their patients. Love the staff, everyone is so wonderful to my son
It's terrible there will leave you on hold for hours and finally when they get you on the phone emily would just hang up on you never providing you any medical care Get a clear captions app on your phone. You will catch the same mystery hanging up bad behavior from these medical professionals?
Was on hold for scheduling a medical appointment for over 15min, finally got a hold of someone who asked if I had health insurance and then immediately placed me on hold again for another 7 min, just to be transferred to their dental department and then that person also attemtped to transfer me and keep me on hold. In total about 30 min of wasted time. Not the first time I've tried to make a simple medical appointment at this establishment and was given quite the run around.
