Great Doctors. Terrible office staff. Takes days to return a call just for them to put you back on hold because that’s not who you need to talk to. Needed a referral for my son’s broken arm that was somehow not a priority. Took them a week just to get in to see the doctor and another week and a half just to get the ‘STAT’ referral sent over to the orthopedic office. Which I had to go into the office in person to make sure it was sent. My son was half way through his healing before we ever saw a surgeon. Needed a refill on my... read more

there was a conflict with a nurse and Jamie was so sweet and professional.. thank you so much for hiring her.
I sat in my car in their parking lot and called in to make an appointment! I was on hold for 6 minutes before I decided to go in and see why the phone wasn't being answered! Well guess what? They were just sitting there, some standing by each other talking! Wasn't trying to answer the phone at all!! So I videoed them not answering the phone, standing there talking! Let's see what the board has to say
