They called me today because I'm an appointment at 2:00 at their facility for the first time they wanted me to confirm their appointment how the hell can I do that when their phone number has been disconnected
Drove an hour to go to my appt. Checked in online. Sat there for 30 minutes thinking i would be called next. Nothing. I go up to the counter and they tell me i have to check in again with them because they don't know "faces". That makes no sense when someone checks in you go out to the lobby and call the name. Reception people could care less. And they could of easily taken me since there was NOBODY left in the building.
I'm just curious why the television is on Spanish instead of English

Great Doctors. Terrible office staff. Takes days to return a call just for them to put you back on hold because that’s not who you need to talk to. Needed a referral for my son’s broken arm that was somehow not a priority. Took them a week just to get in to see the doctor and another week and a half just to get the ‘STAT’ referral sent over to the orthopedic office.
