I sat in my car in their parking lot and called in to make an appointment! I was on hold for 6 minutes before I decided to go in and see why the phone wasn't being answered! Well guess what? They were just sitting there, some standing by each other talking! Wasn't trying to answer the phone at all!! So I videoed them not answering the phone, standing there talking! Let's see what the board has to say
All these ppl working here do not care about the patients! Especially the dental side! they are not compassionate or nice! Yes! I am saying this bc I do have anxiety of dental procedures and that’s normal! But I was treated like, if I was wrong for being scared of a treatment!
Do NOT see this foolish place for any mental health needs. They do NOT care about their patients.
