The owner was on time and explained everything to me so that I understood the process from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and helped design my dream kitchen. I was having trouble getting someone to install 45 pulls on the cabinets of my new home. I found TCC&M on the web and messaged them via their website in the evening. Received a response first thing next morning and was scheduled for the following day! Bruce and David did a great job installing the pulls. They look fantastic—and this is the kind of customer service that makes me return to a company over and over again.
