The Owner was reasonable. He was prompt and diagnosed the problem immediately with the washing machine. Unfortunately, it was not worth fixing. It would’ve cost too much money. Had I have had it fixed with them, then the service fee is I believe waived, but because I chose to not fix it, I did have to pay the service fee, which was $109. He was fair and waived the additional nine dollars, so I paid in total $100 plus a fee for using my debit card. Awesome! I called about my washing machine and Marcus came the next morning. Fixed it like new. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend. We call again for any appliance repair.
