Great place awesome people
They were kind, caring and understanding of our large breed issues.
My dog ingested a pill that fell to the floor. While I was waiting for the ASPCA poison control to answer, I decided to start driving to this 24 hr Emergancy vet. I looked it up online and it said open till 2am. It was a little before 10 pm when I got there. The door had a sign on it saying it was closed until 8 am Monday morning. The phone number on it was not correct. My dog could have died from the overdose. Thank God my son is a pharmacist and my veterinarian called me back. Between them my dog is alive.
Dr. Cail was amazing. My frenchie stopped breathing and we were 40 min away at a rest stop. She was very informative and sat with us during the difficult time. Great place!
We had an emergency on Sunday night with our almost 15 year old daschund. Sadly, it was Piper's time to go. But, Diane was very thoughtful and kind. She handled everything and helped me with the paperwork. A few days later, I picked up Piper's ashes. Again, they were very kind. The office was busy, the atmosphere seemed pleasant. The office sent us a sympathy card with Piper's paw prints and nose print.
