Completely unprofessional. Husband bought a necklace as a gift but once I received it he didnt know I had one like it already and wanted a different from another store. So we went to the store to ask about a refund and the lady had a attitude and says it was on the ticket that says exchanges only!! Of course many don't look at the reciept afterwards!!
