Chad and his team were incredibly organized, communicative and helpful. I really appreciated all the time Chad took to talk over my financial situation, goals, and budget. He spent the most time and care than any lender I've ever worked with and I truly appreciated it, as adding a 2nd mortgage is no small feat. Chad and his team were great from start to finish. We met Chad to start the process for 1 hour. In this time he was inquisitive, honest and knowledgeable. Additionally, they have an app that streamlined the whole process and kept us well informed of where we were in the whole process. Anyone who is looking for funding for a new house, I encourage in the least to sit and talk with Chad and team. They treat you like family.
