I went to the clinic on Monday, 09/08/14 to see if they were able to take some staples off my dog due to a surgery she had on her neck. As I approached the front desk and asked the older woman (receptionist) if they were able to remove staples from my dog, she gave me a HORRIBLE look, as if she was bothered with my question. The receptionist then asked, "ugghh, what happened to the dog? why aren't you taking it where it got the surgery? Is this your first time here?" They're rude – Rude, standoffish, don't give 2 craps about an animal. I wouldn't let this woman touch a worm had I brought it in much less any of my beloved animals. She only cares about the money. Go to another vet.
RUDE, RUDE OFFICE STAFF – As I've been having major problems with fleas, I called them to see if they sell Capstar. The lady was quite snippy and said NO, WE DO NOT SELL THAT. When asked what flea meds you can use at 8 weeks of age, she again snippy and rude said, NONE. YOU CAN'T USE ANY OF THEM. Lie, lie, lie, lie. Frontline can be used at 8 weeks. Never used that vet and definitely won't now,
Stay far away...... – NEVER NEVER use this vet if you love your pets. I took my dog there for a haircut, no vet services. She left my baby in a dryer for several hours unattended and she died of heatstroke. Dr Garrison and her staff were very rude and lied to me about the situation. I was asked to leave and told by the Dr that HER lawyer would be contacting me..WHAT???? She killed my dog due to her gross negligance and got off scott free. TERRIBLE!!! RIPOFF!!!! – First of all, let me say that my review is permanently AGAINST Garrison. She has left me feeling that she is GREEDY, and does NOT LOVE animals. Neither does her staff. What she has done was RIP ME OFF, GOUGE ME, and RUSHED ME OUT OF HER OFFICE. Before I brought my dog in I was told that I would get a multi dog discount because I have 5 dogs. Mr. M was informed prior to his visit on exactly what the office charge would cost. To check our prices, we conducted a survey of 8 surrounding area veterinary clinics and all were higher than us on the office visit and injections, Can you imagine what his reaction would be if I at all suggested further blood work or radiographs to help with his pet's diagnosis. Mr. M's dog received a penicillin injection and the injection given for the "pain" was rimadyl. It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory much like Motrin and is also ... read more
