Nathan & his crew are extremely knowledgeable & easy to talk to. They kept me up to date with phone calls & made everything easy to understand. They were recommended to me by a European car repair specialist & that says all you need to know if other shops are recommending their work!!! I dropped my wife's tyre down there and even though he flatout busy he still took the time to look at my tyres too. Then when my wife picked it up the next day he had actually found two punctures in the same wheel and only charge $10 more for the second one. Even said she could book it for free to fit the tyre as I'm under the weather at the moment, just was too busy to fit it right then. Wish I caught his name because he was fantastic customer service!
Shim alignment performed on my 4x4. I'm not sure what they did (beyond shims) compared to wheel alignment elsewhere a couple of years ago; however, it now steers and handles better than ever. Also, I appreciate the time taken to explain what can be done with a torsion bar front end and shims.
Fitted our Hi ace van with new tyres and the service was very professional. Will use again
Absolute legendary job. Great customer service. Highly recommend and absolutely stoked on the job they did on my GU Patrol it finally drives like a dream. 3 other places couldn't get the alighnment right and 2 of them couldnt even work out what leafs to put in. Thanks guys you rock
